Hi, I’m Heather – OB nurse, local Largo mom, now balloon artist and owner here at Poppin’ Off since 2021.
Inspired by community, motherhood, and design, I bring handcrafted balloon decor to parties, corporate events, and baby showers across Tampa Bay.
With a passion for decor, I love making people smile through design and balloon magic built with hustle.

Chiara Wood Arches

Our most popular backdrop rental! These arched wood backdrops start at just 1 panel and can be customized up to 3 plus. Available in both open and solid (opaque) styles, in sizes ranging from 4’ to 7’.

Arches & Columns

A favorite for corporate events, grand openings, and photo ops — our arches and columns are as versatile. Available in both classic spiral or organic freeform style. Great for entrances, stage decor, or outdoor installations.

Grab 'N Go Garland

Our Grab 'N Go Garlands are fully assembled in the freeform organic style —Each garland comes in a 6–7 foot chunk. Includes a hanging kit and a quick video tutorial for easy setup. Pick Up is in Largo the week of your event, with local drop off options. Most standard SUVs will fit 1-2 Garlands comfortably. Just pick up, hang, and party!
