Step 3: Select your pickup date & Time

Pickups are available fridays for weekend events. Need delivery? Drop off is available for seminole and largo for just $25

Step 4: Confirm and Pay

You will receive an email for Heather@poppinoffballoons.com in 24hours to confirm your order and pickup time. payment details will be included. must be paid in full to book.

Your garland comes with hooks, ties, easy to follow instructions, and a video tutorial, balloons stay beautiful all weekend long!
